The free plan gives you the opportunity to try out CounselHQ at your own pace - you can stay on it as long as you like. Unlike our paid plans, the free plan limits your number of searches. We'll start you off with 10k searches and add 5k searches to your account at the beginning of each calendar month.
Searches include all paragraph and sentence searches on our website or add-in. Unused searches roll over each month, but the monthly additions will not raise your account's remaining searches beyond 10k.
All search limits apply per account, not per user.
For your file uploads, we get the number of pages directly from your file metadata. When you submit text through our web form (or if we can't determine the number of pages from your file for some reason), we'll calculate the number of pages based on an assumption of 500 words per page.
All page limits apply per account, not per user.
CounselHQ will prevent you from uploading additional content once you hit your account's page limit. When you get close to your page limit, we'll reach out and together we'll figure out the best plan for your growing needs. With this approach, there's no need to worry about any unexpected price increases.
